In this game you play the role of an endurance bike racer. The gameplay involves you racing against the clock to get to the finish line and jumping over ramps. At the end of each race you get points for how many cars or bikes you have overtaken with which you can upgrade your bike. There are various different terrain for you to race on including desert beach and dirt tracks plus a number of things to slow you down or even knock you off of your bike all together. The main idea is to find the best route through each level to shave off valuable seconds in order to over take more cars and bikes.

The Japanese version of the game has more Tracks than the European and US versions have. Among them is a snow track which is one of the hardest tracks in the game, because there are a lot of stones on the thin road.

GOONIES

J'aime beaucoup cette version japonaise, bien plus inspirée que les versions occidentales, avec de nombreux circuits (au nombre total de 10), un véritable challenge contre la montre qui peut être plié en 10... min Chrono pour les meilleurs d'entre nous (oui chaque circuit dur ... +/- 60 s). C'est sans prise de tete, réflexes et mémorisation sont au rv comme de nombreux jeux de l'époque. Doubler des concurrents rapportent des points pour acheter du matos, j'ai une préférence pour l'option "accélération" qui favorise les relances après les "bumps" et les accidents ... et permet donc de gagner du temps.

Tips du Goonies au dos argenté : sur le premier stage qui parait difficile mais en fait il n'en est rien. Se mettre en limite de la bande de roulage à gauche (noir/blanche) et filer plein gaz à 200 Km/h tout droit normalement, on finit en 56 s / 60  et donc on gagne 4 s de plus pour la course suivante ...
