Holy protein tells the bodybuilder brothers about a mysterious magical item that can strengthen their muscles even more.

Unlike the the previous games in the series, here you control Holy Protein with the bodybuilders spinning around it. You slowly build up the gauge to unleash the legendary Man's Beam. Otherwise it is a standard shoot 'em up similar to the earlier Cho Aniki games.
